In MikesBikes Accounting there are 12 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) grouped into four categories; Finance, Customer, Process, and Learning & Growth. Each KPI has a set objective (minimum or maximum) which reflects how successful your strategy is.
The success of your strategy will be determined by achieving the 12 Performance Targets which have been set by your Board of Directors. .
